About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Education Consultant to join our growing Ed-Tech team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding students in shaping their academic and career journeys while driving enrolments and building strong relationships with learners and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead conversion through consultations, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Counsel students and parents on programs, destinations, eligibility, fees, and intakes.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process – from counselling to application submissions.
  • Support students with SOPs, LORs, resumes, and documentation for applications.
  • Guide on visa processes (I-20, CAS, COE, etc.) and prep students for interviews.
  • Coordinate with partners/universities to ensure smooth admissions and offer tracking.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reports, enquiry logs, and dashboards.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of sales and support associates.
