Were Hiring: Fiber Engineers (Drafting | Aramis | QC | IQGEO/QGIS)

Location: Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Experience: 2–7 years

Education: B.Tech or equivalent in any engineering discipline

We're looking for Fiber Engineers with proven experience working on AT&T projects, strong skills in drafting using Aramis, and a solid understanding of Quality Control (QC) in fiber network projects. Experience in IQGEO or QGIS and a telecom background is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute fiber drafting using Aramis as per AT&T project specifications
  • Conduct thorough QC checks to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Work with IQGEO or QGIS for fiber documentation and mapping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address project queries and deliver submittals on time
  • Work across F1/F2, ASE, and Greenfield/DFIB scopes
  • Adapt to multiple projects and shifting priorities

Required Skills:

  • 2–7 years of hands-on experience in fiber drafting, QC, and Aramis
  • Mandatory AT&T project experience in a telecom OSP environment
  • Proficiency in IQGEO or QGIS for fiber network design/documentation
  • Strong knowledge of telecom fiber documentation standards
  • High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
