Full Stack Python Developer

Job Summary:
Synechron is seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web and mobile applications aligned with business needs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, adhering to best practices in SDLC and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of emerging technologies, contribute to architectural best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables that enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.

Software Requirements:

• Required:

• Proficiency in Python for backend development, including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Strong frontend skills using JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git, and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence

• Preferred:

• Experience with mobile app development or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)

• Knowledge of blockchain and IoT technologies is a plus

Overall Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, documentation, and scalable code for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in architecture discussions, implement best coding practices, and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Stay updated on newly emerging technologies and recommend their integration to improve system performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment, providing technical guidance to team members.
• Work with testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing, performance, and security of the software solutions.

• Collaborate with teams to understand technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Write, test, review, and deploy scalable and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews, identify improvements, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues during development and production.
• Research and recommend new technologies or best practices to improve current solutions.
• Document technical designs and processes for future reference and team onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud, or Full Stack development (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified Scrum Developer) preferred.
