Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and fun in-office activities
- Maintain HR documentation and databases
- Support onboarding and exit formalities
- Participate in performance tracking and feedback cycles
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks
