About Us:

Al Boom Travel And Tourism dedicated to delivering seamless travel experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Supervisor / Tour Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries for clients/groups.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, and related services.
  • Supervise travel operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for the best rates and services.
  • Provide clients with travel advice, destination information, and customized packages.
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
  • Train and support junior staff when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Tour Planner, or in a supervisory travel role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage.
