Purpose of the role

• To complete the Shift wise production.
• To maintain machine efficiency and utilization.
• To achieve 100% quality for all parts.
• To implement the TQM activities.

Job Description

• Ensure all materials are ready for manufacturing.
• Maintain safe and clean work place at all times.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure lubrication of machines and ensure their proper working condition.
• Study the drawing, customer specifications and tools.
• Arranging and setting up the material handling equipment and machinery.
• Observe and address the abnormalities through supervisor.
• Ensure the measuring instruments are in good condition.
• First part self inspection and approval to QA.
• Ensure that finished products match with the router quantity and quality.
• Ensure that each part is separately stacked in zip lock cover or bins.
• Record the process details through the machine log register.
• Responsible for finishing the job and move to next stage and ERP.
• Achieve machine utilization of more than 90 percentage at all times.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements.
• Ensure allocation of work for employees in times of machine breakdown or no load.
• Ensure adherence to TQM initiatives.
