Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems for real-world business use cases

  • Conduct applied ML research and experimentation

  • Read, evaluate, and implement concepts from research papers, especially in generative AI

  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists

  • Write production-quality, object-oriented Python code

  • Develop, optimize, and evaluate ML/DL models across supervised and unsupervised learning domains

Required Skills-

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist

  • Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML fundamentals

  • Advanced proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming

  • Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms

  • Expertise with ML/DL libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

  • Deep understanding of classical algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, SVM, etc.

  • Ability to translate research into production-ready solutions

  • Experience building LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred)

  • Experience with Transformer architectures and large language models (preferred)
