Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is proficient in Tally Accounting Software and has good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting entries, and taxation compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, client payment follow-ups, and ensuring all statutory filings are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.
  • Record all accounting transactions including sales, purchase, journal, and bank entries.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS deduction and filing, and assist in income tax compliance.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, creditors, and debtors ledgers.
  • Manage client payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain all accounting documents and records systematically.
  • Support in preparation of financial reports, cash flow, and monthly account summaries.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for accounting or taxation queries.
  • Ensure all entries and records are accurate, up to date, and as per company policy.
