Quality Control Head

- Lead and manage the Quality Control department, ensuring product quality meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and inspection protocols.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including defect rates, rejection rates, and process compliance.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews of manufacturing processes and final products.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Oversee vendor and supplier quality management, including incoming material inspection and compliance verification.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop QC team members to ensure high performance and skill development.
- Prepare and present quality reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in strategic decision-making regarding production quality, supplier selection, and process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹239,250.00 per month
