Position OverviewAs an Associate Technical Artist, you will act as a bridge betweenour Artists, Designers, and Engineers, helping to ensure smooth assetpipelines, efficient workflows, and optimized visual quality for Unity -basedtitles. This role requires both creativity and technical problem -solving todeliver scalable art pipelines and outstanding visual experiences for mobilegames. RequirementsWhat You'll Do●       Collaboratewith Art and Engineering teams to integrate and optimize 2D/3D assets in Unity.●       Manage theart pipeline from concept and asset creation to Unity integration.●       Support animationimplementation (Unity Animator).●       Profile andoptimize performance for mobile platforms (memory, draw calls, assetcompression).●       Create andoptimize particle systems and visual effects for Unity.●       Audit andmaintain asset quality, compression standards, and optimization acrossplatforms.●       Document andrefine pipeline processes, providing clear guidance to teams.●       Collaborateclosely with cross -functional teams to solve recurring problems.Good to Have:●       Knowledge ofshaders and materials using Unity's Shader Graph or HLSL.●       BasicKnowledge of C# to Build and maintain Unity Editor tools to streamlinepipelines and improve efficiency.●       Experiencewith version control software such as Git.●       Experiencewith Unity Timeline.What We're Looking For●       1+ years ofprofessional experience as a Technical Artist with Unity expertise.●       Strongknowledge of Unity (2D/3D) and asset integration.●       Experiencewith Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma.●       Familiaritywith rigging, skinning, and animation workflows in Unity.●       Experiencecreating and optimizing particle systems and VFX.●       Understandingof asset optimization and compression for mobile platforms.●       Problem -solvingmindset with the ability to identify technical/artistic constraints early.●       Goodcommunication skills for cross -team collaboration.●       Strong timemanagement skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
