Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
Understand customer complaints and record details accurately.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor vehicle servicing.
Prepare service estimates and explain charges to customers.
Maintain service records and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Handle customer feedback and provide after-service support.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.(Graduation preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to ride bike(Must)
Basic automobile knowledge preferred.
Experience in automobile workshop or customer service (preferred).
Freshers can also apply.
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
