About The Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who brings strong expertise in security, compliance, and infrastructure automation.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, maintaining, and securing our cloud environments while ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with international standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve infrastructure reliability, and embed security best practices into every stage of our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Ensure all systems meet security and compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK).
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive infrastructure security initiatives, including vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and deployment efficiency.
• Own disaster recovery, backups, and infrastructure documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudTrail, IAM).
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance processes, and audit readiness.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, identity management, and data security.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience in SaaS or compliance-heavy industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare, or enterprise software).
• Familiarity with FHIR, EHR integrations, or other regulated data frameworks.
• AWS DevOps Engineer or Security Specialty certification.
• Exposure to Zero Trust and DevSecOps principles.
