The Role:

We are seeking a creative soul to join us as a Visual Storyteller. This role is for a budding Video Editor who is passionate about using their craft to create more than just content, but to create moments of connection and clarity. Your purpose will be to transform our teachings, stories, and messages into visually beautiful and emotionally resonant videos. You will be responsible for capturing the essence of our work, helping people feel the possibility of change before they even begin one of our courses. This role requires you to bring your own laptop.

Your Purpose & Responsibilities:

• Weave Visual Narratives: Transform raw video footage into polished, heartfelt stories that inspire, calm, and illuminate the path to self-discovery.
• Craft Visual Invitations: Create beautiful short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) that act as gentle, compelling gateways, sparking curiosity and inviting viewers to explore our work more deeply.
• Build a Library of Light: Curate and organize our growing collection of visual energy—a library of moments, stories, and teachings that can be shared and repurposed to continuously serve our community.
• Enhance the Viewer's Journey: Thoughtfully add graphics, music, and text that deepen the viewer's experience, ensuring every video is not only accessible but also aesthetically and emotionally aligned with our mission.

• A Natural Storyteller: You think in images, emotions, and rhythm. You see video editing as a way to craft a feeling and guide a viewer on a journey.

• A Growing Artist: You possess a developing skill in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), viewing it as your creative toolkit to bring inspiring ideas to life.
