Responsibilities

Risk Analysis & Monitoring

  • Analyze credit risk,fraudrisk, andoperational risk across customer journeys.
  • Buildandmaintaindashboards tomonitor riskmetrics, exposures, andperformance.
  • Identify anomalies, trends, andearly warningsignals inportfolioperformance.

Data Insights & Modelling

  • Work withlargedatasets touncoverpatterns impactingcredit andfraudrisk.
  • Support thedesignandevaluationof credit riskmodels andscorecards.
  • Assist inbuildingframeworks for risk segmentationandcustomerprofiling.

Experimentation & Process Improvement

  • Partner withproduct andbusiness teams todesignexperiments andpolicies that balancegrowth withrisk.
  • Support A/B testingof risk rules andstrategies;measure impact onperformance.
  • Providedata-backedrecommendations to strengthencontrols while enablingscale.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Operations, and Analytics) to alignonstrategies.
  • Present findings ina clear andstructuredmanner to supportdecision-making.

Reporting & Governance

  • Ownthe reportingof key risk KPIs and MIS tomanagement.
  • Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, andintegrity across reports.
  • Support compliance andregulatory reportingrequirements asneeded.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree froma Tier-1institution(IITpreferred).
  • 1–2 years of work experience inanalytics,data science, or a relateddomain.
  • Exposure to Fintech/ Credit space is a strongadvantage.
  • Familiarity withExcel, SQL, and Python(hands-onexperiencepreferred).
  • Stronganalytical,problem-solving, andcommunicationskills.
  • Ability to workdirectly withbusiness andrisk teams ina fast-paced, evolving environment.
