Job description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support and manage the company's internal digital operations, social media pages, automation workflows, marketing backend systems, and team coordination. This role will act as a key support function for marketing and operations teams by managing tools, platforms, automations, and day-to-day digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media operations including post scheduling, captions, and coordination
  • Work on Meta Business Suite, including Facebook & Instagram page management and Meta Ads
  • Assist with email and SMS, Email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain internal digital platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Hostinger, Brevo, and other operational tools
  • Handle automation workflows using , Zapier, and webhooks
  • Manage databases, internal records, and digital documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, video editors, graphic designers) to track deliverables
  • Follow up on content creation, collect creatives, and manage approval workflows
  • Troubleshoot digital platforms and research new tools to improve team efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in digital operations, social media marketing, or related roles
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
