Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Trainee to join our dynamic design and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual design, branding, and digital content creation. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, assisting in marketing campaigns, and ensuring all designs align with brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and presentations.
  • Design a wide range of materials including website layouts, product illustrations, and company logos.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
  • Stay updated on graphic design and video editing trends to improve content effectiveness.
  • Generate diverse creative ideas for projects and meet deadlines for multiple assignments.
  • Conduct work in a professional and organized manner.
  • Perform additional design tasks as assigned by the management team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing design.
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW and advanced Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in social media creatives, GIFs, product editing, and website graphics.
  • Understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Ability to create ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
