Senior Analyst Service Support Management

Job Title: Senior Analyst Service Support Management

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Support Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. The role focuses on managing customer operations, ensuring seamless policy servicing, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Candidates with a General Insurance domain background and excellent communication skills will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional service support operations.
  • Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle processes including renewals, endorsements, and updates.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Managers to ensure timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance and service quality while minimizing rework and process gaps.
  • Take proactive measures to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support business operations within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a key component of the selection process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling abilities.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or General Insurance operations preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in service support or insurance operations.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) processes and policy management.
  • Professional insurance certifications will be an added advantage.
