Content Writer – Insurance, Health & Wellness (3–4 Years Experience)

Summary:
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong experience in
insurance-focused content
and
D2C health & wellness communication
. If you understand the nuances of insurance products, can simplify complex topics, and can create compelling consumer-first content; this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear, accurate, and engaging content for insurance products (GMC, Fire, Marine, Workmen Compensation, SME packages, etc.).
  • Write product explainers, brochures, website pages, FAQs, claim-process guides, policy comparison content, endorsement notes, etc.
  • Work closely with product, underwriting, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop B2B content for corporate decision-makers and SMEs.
  • Draft D2C-focused communication for wellness campaigns, preventive care programs, seasonal health initiatives, and awareness drives.
  • Create campaign messaging for social media, in-app notifications, emailers, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Build storytelling-driven content for lifestyle and healthcare engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–4 years of professional content writing experience
    .
  • Prior experience writing
    insurance-related content
    (life, general, or health insurance).
  • Ability to write both
    B2B (corporate, enterprise, SME)
    and
    D2C consumer-facing
    content.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terms, compliance-related communication, and product documentation.
  • Excellent command of English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
  • Experience writing for digital platforms—website, social media, emailers, blogs, landing pages.
  • Understanding of healthcare, preventive care, wellness, or lifestyle content is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Graduation in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
