Responsibilities

  • On-Site Reporting:

Daily in-person attendance at the MEPZ Experience Center; check-in or via employee Connect application provided on company phone.

  • Product Demonstrations:

Conduct live product demos at client sites across India from time to time. Represent the brand through engaging demos at trade shows and dealer showrooms.

  • Client Training:

Provide hands-on training to clients at their premises, especially post-installation and commissioning by the service team.

  • Support During Media Shoots:

Assist the Audio-Visual team during video shoots and promotional content creation.

  • Operational Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs and event schedules.

  • Equipment Management:

Take full ownership of machines including cleaning, packing, and overseeing transport logistics in every activity. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for equipment maintenance.

  • Technical Readiness:

Be equipped and capable of providing basic technical support or machine fixes during events.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Hotel Management.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the beverage vending industry.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude with beverage machines.
