Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Project Manager
to assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within a product-based environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination between product, design, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of product development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Design, Development, QA, and Marketing.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior management for resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Support product launches and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a
    product-based company
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile / Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in
    Project Management (PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
    .
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-based product companies.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and quality assurance processes.
