Who We're Looking For:

Fresh management post-graduates or professionals with 0-1 years of experience, eager to build a career in marketing research operations and project management. Ideal for those passionate about marketing research with exposure to marketing concepts and research techniques.

What You'll Bring:

* Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail

* Basic understanding of marketing, research methodologies, and project management principles

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data management

* Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination

* Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate field operations, and support data collection activities

Key Responsibilities:

* Support research project coordination from initiation to completion

* Assist in field data collection planning and ensure quality control in data collection and research processes

* Maintain project documentation, timelines, and client communication

* Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external partners

* Support administrative tasks and operational efficiency initiatives
