Job Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our GE APM (Asset Performance Management) DEVOPS team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing incident and service request tickets, supporting global users, and maintaining production and non-production environments. This role demands strong collaboration skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal team members.

  • Perform daily operations including Data loading using loader. Quality check, developing custom loaders & Access request raising.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring minimal disruption and prompt updates.

Work Experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

  • Experience with GE APM (Asset Performance Management).

  • Proficiency in environment management, release cycles, and patching.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a global support model with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Certifications in DevOps, ITIL, or relevant technologies are a plus.
