We are seeking a
Data Engineer
with expertise in
AI and Microsoft Cloud platforms
to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. This is a
hybrid opportunity
(flexibility to work remotely with occasional office collaboration).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain robust
    data pipelines
    across Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Synapse, and related ecosystems.
  • Implement
    AI-driven data solutions
    for predictive analytics, automation, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver
    end-to-end data solutions
    .
  • Integrate data from multiple Microsoft sources (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure Data Services).
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security align with enterprise standards.
  • Optimize data storage, performance, and cost efficiency in the Microsoft Cloud.
  • Support analytics and reporting initiatives by preparing clean, reliable, and accessible datasets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Data Engineer
    or similar role, preferably within Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on skills with
    Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    AI/ML integration
    (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in
    ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and API integrations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 data sources
    is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of
    data governance, security, and compliance best practices
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
