Maintenance Asst

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automobile Maintenance Assistant with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. The candidate should hold an ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering and have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing the maintenance of trucks, trailers, forklifts, cranes, hydraulics, and other heavy vehicles.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day automobile maintenance operations in the workshop.
• Open job cards, diagnose issues, and assign repair/maintenance tasks to mechanics.
• Deploy mechanics for attending to breakdown vehicles en route.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper scheduling and timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using computer systems.
• Monitor team performance, enforce discipline, and ensure safety compliance in the workshop.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and spare parts.

Requirements:

• Should be an ITI / Diploma (Automobile Eng) with Min. 3+ yrs experience
• Having Knowledge in Automobile Maintenance, like trucks, trailers, hydraulics, forklifts, and cranes. etc
• Having knowledge in open job cards, troubleshooting shooting and assigning work to mechanics
• Assigning Mechanics to break down vehicles en route
• Having Commanding power and relevant knowledge
• The candidate should be computer-savvy

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
