Location: Pune

Work Timing: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM IST (or 12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST during DST)

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Review and validate financial entries, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across geographies for financial reporting and process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions to management and auditors.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Industry experience in Steel / Manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Proven team handling / people management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to work in late shifts.
