IMMEDIATE JOINERS

To perform all SAP related activity and address queries on a day to day basis – SAP module – PTP – Purchase To Pay

Knowledge of SAP System with 1 or 2 years of experience.

To be able to manage the end-to-end process for creation, validation, and approval of PAF (Purchase Approval Form), PR (Purchase Requisition), SRN (Service Receipt Note), and Invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement & Financial Documentation

  2. Create and process PAFs, PRs, SRNs, and Invoices for non-content-related services (e.g., marketing, technical, research, IT, events, consulting, etc.).

  3. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procurement and finance policies.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and budget confirmation.

2. Agreement & Contract Management / Documentation

  • Draft, review, and route vendor/service agreements in coordination with the Legal and Finance teams.
  • Ensure that all agreements are properly executed, filed, and tracked for renewals or terminations.
  • To be send execution of agreements through Legal - 360

3. Vendor & Invoice Management

  • Liaise with vendors for invoice submission, discrepancy resolution, and payment follow-ups.
  • Verify invoices against PAFs, PRs, and SRNs to ensure accuracy and proper approvals.
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely invoice booking and payment processing.
  • Assist in vendor onboarding and maintain updated vendor details in the system.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Research, IT, BO&E, Admin, Legal, and Finance) to ensure alignment on procurement and payment processes.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for vendors and internal teams for any operational or documentation queries.

  • Payment Tracker and Follow Ups

  • To maintain payment tracker and ensure that all the payments getting processed as per the due dates and follow up with payables team if any queries are issues raised for delay in payments

  • Communicate with the vendors in case of any delays in payment cycle & issues raised on invoices , to get it rectified.

  • Monthly Closing Activities and Reports to Internal Teams

  • To prepare the Monthly Closing activities of both the channels and sharing the Provision Lists to Finance team upon receiving the lists of Provisions to be considered from respective departments and the Open POs.

  • To prepare and share reports on the actual spends v/s budgets to Internal Teams.
