Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trendsetting fashion collections.
• Execute the entire product development process, from concept to final production.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with merchandisers and buyers to ensure product alignment with market demands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Monitor and manage the production timeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate them into design and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer and Merchandiser, with a successful track record in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, garment construction, and fabric properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• prefer Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
