Job Description

Manage branch operations: sales, service, and collections- Lead, coach, and develop your team- Build local relationships and grow our customer base- Drive disbursement and recovery targets- Ensure compliance and day-to-day efficiency

What we're looking for

  • 10–15 years in NBFC lending- Experience with vehicle and MSME loans- Proven leadership and team management skills- Field mobility and willingness to travel- Fluency in Tamil preferred
