Job Title: 3D Renderer / 3D Visualizer

Location: AAA House, Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & portfolio)

Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Renderer (Visualizer) to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and realistic renderings for interior and architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to bring concepts to life through stunning visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations using industry-standard tools.
  • Work on interior and architectural visualization for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop 3D models, textures, lighting, and material finishes.
  • Collaborate with designers and draftsmen to translate 2D drawings into 3D visuals.
  • Present design concepts and visuals to clients for approvals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of renders as per project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, materials, and software trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a 3D Renderer / Visualizer.
  • Strong command over 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, and Photoshop (knowledge of Lumion, Blender is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of lighting, materials, and textures for realistic rendering.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings for reference and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in creating 3D walkthrough animations.
  • Knowledge of Revit, Blender, or other visualization software.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools.

Compensation

  • 25,000 – 30,000 per month (negotiable based on skills and portfolio).
