Purpose

This role is accountable for enabling data-driven decision-making by translating complex data into actionable insights that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. The position is responsible for managing data ingestion, integration, and operations across platforms such as the Unified Data Platform (UDP), Kinaxis Maestro, Snowflake, SAP, and other non-SAP ingestions, while driving automation and process optimization to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics

• Translate data into formats that can be effectively consumed by internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver user experiences aligned with customer needs.
• Build expertise in analytical tools, data models, and algorithms, while engaging with external forums to adopt best practices and emerging solutions that create business value.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues such as connection errors, data feed interruptions, and data refresh problems.
• Implement minor front-end enhancements in alignment with Business Analysts and front-end engineers, without impacting back-end systems.

ETL & Data Operations

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Manage non-SAP data ingestion processes using VBA, Macros, and VBS scripts.
• Ensure seamless data flow from Unified Data Platform (UDP) systems to Snowflake for downstream analytics.
• Support Finance reporting needs through timely and accurate PVM feed delivery.
• Leverage tools such as Altrax to drive automation and advanced analytics.
• Develop and maintain VBA scripts to automate Excel-based workflows.
• Apply SQL within Excel for querying, transformation, and reporting purposes.
• Identify, design, and implement opportunities to optimize and automate manual data processing tasks.

Integration & Platform Development

• Design, develop, and maintain the Unified Data Platform (UDP) to integrate diverse supply chain data sources.
• Implement and manage API integrations for external data ingestion and sharing.
• Support system integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP R3 ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and related systems.

Agile Delivery & Governance

• Maintain accurate records of tasks, stories, epics, defects, and spikes in JIRA.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and commit to monthly and quarterly deliverables.
• Adhere to GSC Planning COE guidelines, support leadership initiatives, and contribute to organizational goals.
• Stay current on Kinaxis solutions, supply chain technologies, and evolving cloud platforms.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Work Experience: +3 years of hands-on experience working with Kinaxis Maestro, including end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Coding experience: Strong proficiency Java, JavaScript, SQL, Visual Basic, Macros; for developing customized solutions and integrations.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience in AWS or Azure and data storage technologies such as Snowflake
• Supply Chain Planning: Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory optimization.
• ERP Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with Kinaxis Maestro
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Other: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations (e.g., APIs).

• Kinaxis certification: Authoring 1, Authoring 2, and Certified Integration Developer
• Cloud certifications: Snowflake, AWS, Azure Data Engineer Associate
