Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Customer Service, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include leading and managing the customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes. The role involves developing strategies to enhance customer experiences, analyzing customer service metrics, and addressing customer concerns with efficiency and empathy. Collaborating closely with other departments to create a customer-focused culture and improve service delivery is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
