Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our agency team.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, plan and execute social media content, communicate professionally, and also appear on camera when needed. You will be the bridge between clients and our internal team while actively contributing to content ideation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts.
  • Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Share content calendars, campaign plans, and updates with clients.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and the internal team for timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Ideate and plan content for various client brands across social media platforms.
  • Create short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes).
  • Appear on camera confidently for brand videos when required.
  • Write clear and engaging captions, scripts, and content copies.
  • Research digital trends, audio trends, and viral formats to improve content performance.

Execution & Analysis

  • Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights and audience behavior.
  • Assist in planning paid promotions with the ads team if needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident, presentable, and not camera shy.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behavior.
  • Basic skills in Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools are a plus.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Creative mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
