About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist who can build strong online awareness for upcoming launches, create engaging content, and manage brand presence across multiple platforms. The role is not just about posting — it requires creativity, storytelling, and campaign planning. The ideal candidate should know how to create suspense, curiosity, and excitement online before a launch, and then transition smoothly into full branding and awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a pre-launch content strategy (teaser posts, suspense campaigns, storytelling).
  • Design and publish 3–4 engaging posts per week, including graphics, reels, stories, and interactive content.
  • Create interactive posts that feel like conversations with the audience, connected to everyday life.
  • Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or AI platforms to design graphics and videos.
  • Plan and produce short-form video content (reels, teasers, reveal campaigns).
  • Gradually build awareness without revealing the brand name, then manage full reveal and launch campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Brainstorm and implement new ideas for campaigns, engagement activities, and audience retention.
  • Track analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends to keep content fresh.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or communication roles.
  • Strong design and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to propose and implement new creative ideas independently.
  • Availability during evening IST shift (6:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
