Job Title: Engineer / Senior Engineer Motor Design (3 Phase & Single Phase)

Location: Faridabad

Job Summary:

Responsible for design, development, and optimization of 3 Phase and Single Phase induction motors, ensuring performance, cost, quality, and reliability as per application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop 3 Phase and Single Phase induction motors as per technical specifications
  • Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical calculations
  • Prepare and review design drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
  • Optimize motor designs for efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement
  • Support prototype development, testing, and validation
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for smooth product realization
  • Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and customer requirements
  • Analyze test results and implement design improvements
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for field issues

Education & Experience:

  • BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
  • 3+ years of experience in motor design (Engineer/Senior Engineer level)
  • Hands-on experience in AC induction/BLDC motor design (single & three phase)

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of motor design principles and calculations
  • Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with motor testing, validation, and efficiency standards
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes for electric motors
