Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities: Finance SCM Functional Senior Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
  • Work on tickets received on Service now for postproduction support.
  • Strong technical proficiency in the WD P2P module, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Understand Client's requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients to optimize their Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences.
  • Setup Configurations, Business processes and Security Policies in the tenant
  • Data Validation and Unit Testing
  • Support End to End Testing, Migration, Hypercare and Postproduction Support

Certifications

  • Must have- Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Desirable - Certification in any of Workday FIN modules.

Experience & Background 

  • BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA


•    Candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of cumulative experience in IT, leading at least 2-3 Workday AMS projects.

  • Minimum 5+ years of Relevant Experience on WD FIN modules – Inventory, Demand Planning, Procurement, Reporting & Analytics, etc.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance
  • Understands Workday security.
  • Has Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understands and abides by Information security and data privacy standards.
  • Should be able to engage with clients independently.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience on other modules like Budgets, Cash Management, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Planning, Projects, Revenue Management & Transaction Tax is a plus.
  • Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.
  • Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
