Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing training programs, supporting organizational development, and facilitating communication between management and employees. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining efficient HR operations, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies, training programs, and performance management frameworks
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Understanding of labor laws, organizational compliance, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
  • Proficient in HR systems, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
