Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail branding strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives
- Lead in-store branding, store launches, rebranding, and retail expansion projects
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and on-ground brand activations across retail formats
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across stores, POSM, VM, and communication assets
- Collaborate closely with VM, retail operations, sales, and digital marketing teams
- Manage POSM planning, production, deployment, and quality checks across locations
- Drive consumer engagement and shopper marketing initiatives to enhance footfall and conversions
- Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies for campaign execution
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present insights to senior leadership
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities
- Manage branding budgets, vendors, and timelines effectively
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of retail branding and brand management
- Experience in store branding, in-store marketing, and retail activations
- Knowledge of ATL, BTL, POSM, and VM coordination
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure brand performance
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
- 58 years of experience in retail branding / brand marketing
- Exposure to organized retail, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Experience working in multi-store / pan-India retail environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setup
