Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand Aexhibit and Expo's presence in the exhibition, trade show, and events ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, consultative selling skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales:

● Identify, target, and onboard new clients for exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and brand activations

● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, exhibitions, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry databases

● Pitch exhibition stall design, fabrication, modular solutions, and turnkey event services

● Prepare proposals, cost estimates, presentations, and commercial negotiations

Industry & Market Development:

● Build relationships with exhibition organizers, event agencies, marketing heads, brand managers, and corporates

● Track upcoming exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, and corporate events (India & International)

● Develop strategic tie-ups with organizers, venues, and partner agencies

Account Management:

● Act as a single point of contact for clients from inquiry to closure

● Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and project teams for smooth execution ● Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Revenue & Growth Strategy:

● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (graphics, rentals, branding, events)

● Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipelines, and forecasts

Brand Representation:

● Represent Aexhibit and Expo at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups

● Promote company capabilities, portfolio, and value proposition

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory:

● Proven experience in Business Development /

Sales in:

○ Exhibitions

○ Events

○ Stall Design & Fabrication

○ Advertising / Branding / BTL (preferred)

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ● Ability to understand design, fabrication, and execution workflows

● Client-centric, solution-oriented mindset

● Willingness and availability to travel extensively for business purposes, including domestic travel across India and international travel, as per event schedules, exhibition requirements, client meetings, and project execution needs

Preferred:

● Existing network with:

○ Exhibition organizers

○ Corporate marketing teams

○ Event planners

● Knowledge of:

○ Custom exhibition stands

○ Modular booths

○ Shell schemes

○ Large-format printing & branding

● Willingness to travel frequently

Tools & Systems

● CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)

● MS Office / Google Workspace

● Basic understanding of AutoCAD / 3D concepts (added advantage, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
