Striven ERP is our all-in-one business solution. It incorporates a suite of business tools- CRM, Accounting, Operations and Human Resources tools that work together to help small and mediumsized businesses grow, simplify and reduce costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the development of a cloud-based ERP system within a project team.
  • Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using modern web standards.
  • Architect and develop back-end server side/client side components, including configuration and deployment on server platforms.
  • Follow agile practices and engage in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Manage workload to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable units.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Optimize and enhance existing systems.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience utilizing the .NET framework, SQL databases, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Expertise in modern web development technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience developing with front-end frameworks such as , , or
  • Proven ability to build robust applications using .NET or .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft SQL Server (version 2016 and above).
  • Experience utilizing source control for collaborative development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving issues in existing code.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate both business logic and technical concepts, coupled with strong organizational abilities.

PREFERRED:

  • Proven experience with CRM, HR, and ERP software products, including SaaS environments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and experience with Azure cloud services and GIT version control.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript and experience in query optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness in software design and development.
