Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 47 years overall, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Education: BE/BTech (Computer Science preferred) + MBA (or equivalent).
  • Proven background in software product management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in product roadmapping, requirement analysis, and delivery management.

  • Excellent communication with both business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Good documentation and requirement translation skills.

  • Knowledge of transportation, supply chain, or freight brokerage domains.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools and integration platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
