
Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and reports, consolidating MIS data, and ensuring effective communication between the Directors office and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring stakeholders and documentation are prepared in advance.
- Define and finalize meeting agendas.
- Prepare/review presentation slides for Director's meetings.
- Record and circulate meeting minutes (MoM), track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Obtain status updates on action items before subsequent meetings.
MIS Coordination
- Maintain and track key MIS reports for the Director.
- Follow up with stakeholders for timely submission of MIS reports.
- Consolidate MIS data and prepare summary reports for the Director's review.
- Escalate delays in report submission to the Director.
Director's Office Management
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and commitments.
- Organize and maintain important office files and documents.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports as required.
- Consolidate departmental reports to provide a company-level overview for the Director's review.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to consolidate and analyze MIS reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
