Role & responsibilities
PM Implementation & Administration (70%)
- Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle ARCS Compliance, managing daily requests, incidents, and month-end activities.
- Lead and validate monthly ARCS patch testing to ensure smooth updates.
- Own the change management process for ARCS Compliance.
- Provide ad hoc reporting support and analytical problem-solving for accounting teams.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation profiles, formats, compliance rules, match types, mappings, and reports.
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for ARCS administration.
- Support EPM implementations, especially ARCS-related testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT.
- Conduct or support EPM system training for business partners.
- Validate reconciliation completeness and accuracy during monthly close.
- Provide support for other EPM applications such as FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Assist with testing, documentation, and validation for system enhancements and company-wide projects.
- Identify and build automation opportunities (e.g., EPM Automate scripts, validation automation).
- Support ARCS-related changes for company initiatives like COA changes or system integrations.
- Continuously evaluate EPM applications to improve efficiency and support business changes (acquisitions, dispositions, restatements, technology upgrades).
- Contribute to data governance, process improvements, and other enhancement projects.
- Partner with end users to enhance financial system capabilities and provide effective solutions.
