Graphic Designer

We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer for the group. This position will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Head. The Graphic Designer is responsible for the quality of the creative product and output to meet deadlines and commitments. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative, content team, and the marketing team to deliver engaging content. The role also requires having leadership qualities and the ability to maximize the talents in the team.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of experience leading a creative team within the design or advertising industry, with experience at an international level (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in eCommerce, Media Production / Media Companies, Event Companies etc. and passion to pursue these industries

Minimum Qualifications:

BA Degree in Art or Design

• Playing a consultative creative role for projects within the studio by providing both a holistic overview as well as a detailed understanding where relevant
• Ensuring and inspiring the development of best practice skills in the creation and delivery of work. Fostering strong collaborative teams across skill sets
• Champion of company manifesto and brand
• Working as part of a team to foster long-term client relationships
• Actively participating and positively impacting the general management of the creative studio and its activities
• Providing support, as required, to studio and creative development, focusing on delivering strategic objectives and ensuring consistent delivery of the creative product
• Establishment of a clear structure for the day to day management of the studio
• Management with art director of the operational running of the studio utilizing all available resources
• Mentoring of creative teams leading role for key projects; support role in smaller projects
• Creative benchmarking internally and externally via an understanding of the dynamics within the industry
• Proposes and reviews all creative recruitment
• Active participation in the required activities of the management team regular meetings and follow-up

• Provide creative design for all channels, including but not limited to website, digital advertising, email, social media and video
