We are a growing IT hardware service / electronics repair. company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team and ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and execution of service activities.

Key Duties

-Inbound/outbound calls: follow‑ups, queries, upsell warranty.

  • Log call outcomes & update CRM instantly.

  • Enter/update customer & service data, warranty claims, tickets.

  • Produce daily reports (service volume, pending tickets, revenue).

  • Coordinate with field engineers & backend; chase escalations till closure.

Skills Needed

  • Fluent English and Tamil

clear phone voice.

  • Typing ≥ 40 WPM, Excel/Word,

  • CRM basics.
