Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager, located in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Manager will oversee the online sales and presence of the company, manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, and implement strategies to drive traffic and boost sales. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing web analytics, optimizing product listings, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for tracking and improving e-commerce performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Sales and E-Commerce experience to drive online revenue and manage platforms
  • Marketing skills to strategize and implement campaigns for increasing traffic and sales
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
