Blubein Health & Wellness is a fast-growing D2C nutraceutical brand focused on science-backed supplements and preventive healthcare. As we scale aggressively across marketplaces, we're looking for a Marketplace Specialist who can independently own growth, operations, and performance across leading platforms.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other major Indian marketplaces. This role demands a mix of operations excellence, performance marketing expertise, and strong marketplace relationships.

Key Responsibilities


Marketplace Operations

  • Manage complete day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
  • Ensure correct product listings, A+ content, images, pricing, offers, and keywords
  • Handle inventory planning, stock health, inwarding, and replenishment coordination
  • Monitor order processing, returns, claims, chargebacks, and compliance issues
  • Resolve account health issues, listing suppressions, and policy escalations


Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and scaling strategies
  • Launch new products with data-backed ad strategies
  • Perform keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structuring
  • Work closely with internal creative teams for ad creatives and listing assets


Marketplace Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong rapport with marketplace KAMs and category managers
  • Leverage platform insights, beta programs, deals, and campaign opportunities
  • Participate in sale events (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, etc.)
  • Negotiate visibility, placements, and strategic growth opportunities


Reporting & Growth Insights

  • Track KPIs: Revenue, ROAS, ACOS, Conversion Rate, Buy Box %, Rankings
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify category trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks
  • Recommend growth levers to scale marketplace contribution profitably


What We are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon & Flipkart mandatory)
  • Proven portfolio of brands/accounts scaled profitably
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and seller tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with marketplace teams
  • Experience in D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Supplements is a strong plus
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards and reports
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
