Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate
React Native Developer
who can bring our mobile app ideas to life. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop scalable and responsive mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain
  cross-platform mobile applications
  using
  React Native
  .
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to transform UI/UX designs into fully functional mobile apps.
• Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and libraries to enhance app functionalities.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing mobile applications.
• Follow the best coding practices and contribute to improving development standards within the team.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile app development.
• Participate in team meetings, provide technical inputs, and collaborate effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience
  in React Native mobile app development.
• Solid understanding of
  JavaScript (ES6+)
  , React Native architecture, and mobile UI components.
• Experience in
  API integration
  ,
  Redux/MobX
  for state management, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and publishing apps on
  Google Play Store
  and
  Apple App Store
  .
• Good understanding of
  mobile UI/UX design principles
  .
• Strong knowledge of debugging tools, performance optimization, and error handling.
• Excellent
  English communication skills
  (written & verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Basic knowledge of
  native Android (Java/Kotlin)
  or
  iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  .
• Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and cloud integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in a product-based or fast-paced startup environment.
