Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant . This position will be full-time and Hybrid Bangalore.

What You'll Do

Excellent knowledge in Core SCM modules such as Inventory management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing and Good to have experience in Production and Master planning modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by users based on SLAs.

Engage with deployment team and involve in configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules for various clients, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.

Monitor system performance and ensure consistent functionality across the platform.

Create and maintain documentation, including SOP's, support logs, and knowledge base articles.

Train end-users on Supply chain operations-related functionality and support self-service adoption.

Participate in minor enhancements and change requests related to SCM modules.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance consultants, technical consultants, On-site team and business users).

What You'll Need

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX-2012.

Experience in working on SCM modules.

Procurement and Sourcing Handling procure-to-pay processes, supplier management, and purchase orders.

Sales and Marketing (Order to Cash) Managing sales orders, customer relationships, and the entire order fulfilment process.

Product Information Management Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product data to support all supply chain activities.

Inventory Management Support users during the monthly/yearly counting process, Inventory closing and costing, Inventory transfers and Inventory journals.

Good understanding of Production and master planning module, which includes BOM, Picking list, Route cards and Min/Max based MRP.

Good understanding on oversee data migration, data management, and integration processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of client data.

Experience working on support projects (incident, service request, and change management processes).

Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, HDA, and Jira).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Initiative-taker and self-starter with a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
