About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Senior Counsellor
to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and a deep commitment to guiding students toward successful academic and career paths. This role involves direct interaction with prospective students, helping them understand our training programs and choose the right path forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with students via calls and digital platforms using our lead generation system
  • Provide empathetic and informative counselling to address student queries
  • Explain training programs clearly and guide students in selecting suitable options
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the counselling process
  • Update and manage student records using CRM tools

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling or academic advising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess student needs and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
