Role & responsibilities

Assisting in loan Proposal

  • Sharing Initial data for proposal which includes organization level data also
  • Valuation & TSR of the project
  • Compile data from legal, architect and engineering team
  • Assisting legal team in documentation and get all the things done till the disbursement of the loan

Monthly MIS

  • Actual Company/Organization Level MIS
  • Sales report analysis which includes checking of cancellation , new sales bookings, Refunds and collections during the month
  • Checking of bank reconciliation and books of accounts
  • Actual Project Level MIS
  • Debt-Status which includes repayment schedule , intt rates , sanction date , date of disbursement, property mortgage and other T&C
  • Interest Checking of all ongoing Term loans & ODS
  • Budget vs actual comparison

Data Sharing with lenders

  • Monthly lender specific MIS which includes cash flow statements , BRS and sales reports
  • liaison with banks
  • Other certificates and information required by bank time to time
